Didnt get what I paid for

I loved the Rookie Cam so I decided to purchase the entire upgrade and it worked great when I first purchased it... The very next day I open the app and have ads popping up and all the paid features are locked as if I didnt pay for every single last one of the. I restored the purchases and in the store it shows beside each pack that it was purchased yet they are all locked. Emailed the Developers twice and as of yet I have heard nothing yet Totally not what I am used to when ever I have had issues with a Paid app feature as I have been fortunate in the last until now to have Developers respond promptly and and resolve my issue. I really do like all of their photo apps I purchased two other apps from Jelly Bus as well now I am wondering if should have chose another app to have support when issues such as not getting what you paid for ..
